Step 1. Press CTRL+Shift+C
Step 2. Enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (Enter this in exactly as shown) in the typing area that has appeared at the top.
Step 3. Type in exit.
Step 4. While controlling the sim you want to make older, hold down the shift key and click on the mailbox of their home. Click "Set to birthday"
These steps only work for Sims 2. You can try them on a different Sims but I don't know if they are going to work.
