Like the guy who answered before me said, u nees to have it enabled. but, it doesn't work automatically. first of all go to a grassy path .to use it you have to go to the calculator poketch app and type in the national dex # of the Pokemon you want (for example, arceus in # 493). then click L. after that you clear it. then type in what level you want it to be ( for example, i want the arceus to be level 100). then click R. don't clear it. walk into the grass and voila! the Pokemon that you want is there. i sugget you also get a code forr 990x all pokeballs and 100% catch rate. hope this helped!
