I think I know what you're referring to -- the museum, or the.. scientist that says he can turn DNA into a Pokemon? For that, you'll need a fossil, which can be found in Mt. Moon. There should be a Pokemon Trainer in there somewhere, (I think it's near the very end of the cave,) that is standing guard in front of two fossils. He'll want a battle, and then you'll be able to take one of them. But only one. The Dome Fossil is a Kabuto, and the Helix Fossil is an Omanyte.
