Before I tell you how to use gernades, you'll have to know which control sheme you're using. You can always go to the options menu to change the control sheme to the Wii Zapper or the Wii remote with the nunchuck.
If you are NOT using the Wii Zapper, you can though them by clicking the bottom button on the + button. Once clicked, aim and shake the nunchuck.
