Well, if you want the shoes you need to buy a puffle, book or some other kind of cp thing. Then once you've bought it you go to the unlock items icon, and then you type in the code and then go to the treasure book. I'm not so sure what number treasure book but it might be like 5,6 or maybe even 7.
