To upgrade your house you must buy the Table from the Shopping Channel on the harvest Sprite station before Gotz lets you upgrade your home.
To get the 2nd channel you must buy at least one item from the supermarket on ten different days 10.
Once you unlock it watch the Shopping Channel daily until it offers the Table.
After it is delivered Gotz will allow you to upgrade your home.
