What you do is turn your ps3 on and go to the game category. Go to the top where it says Game Data Utility, n click on it. Now you should see all your games' update data (patches). Press Triangle on the the game you want to un-patch and press delete. NOTE: PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN YOU DO THIS, IT WILL DELETE ADD-ONS.
