Most of the cards up to Light of destruction and phantom darkness are in the game, though they are hard to unlock sometimes.
There is no possible way of getting the Egyptian God cards without the use of an Action Replay, or a similar device. However, Slifer the Sky Dragon will be available for download on Wi-Fi on April 30.

You cannot "beat" the game, but you can unlock all the cards, duelists, etc. Go to GameSpot.com and look up the game to see all of what you can unlock.
To get the Egyptian God cards in Yugioh Championship 2008, you have to buy a cheat device known as the Action Replay. Then you find the cheat codes and insert them in the device and possibly press the Start or Select button.
The only booster pack the "Malefic" cards are available in is "World Championship Edition 11". To unlock this booster pack, you must unlock the first ten "World Championship Edition" booster packs. See the guide in the "Related Links" section below for more info on how to unlock these packs.Once you manage to properly summon Malefic Paradox Dragon, you will unlock "Malefic Paradox Dragon" as an opponent in CPU Duel.
