How do you unlock locations in Petz Catz Clan?

Nope.. You don't unlock them over time. To get the beach, open you need to take your kitty to the park, and if you're lucky you will see a little kitten there named Barney, He will be wearing a bathing suit. (If you don't see him there, go back to you house play with and bathe your kitty. In a little while, the kitty in the park will reset. Go back to the park after bathing and playing with your kitty.) If he's still not there, repeat in the parentheses until you see him. When he is there, stay there until your cat is friends with him. Barney should give you a present when he likes your kitty allot it will be a swimming suit! The beach will then be unlocked, it is located south, (below) your house!

Aand... To unlock the snow field... Same procedure as above. If you go to the park a cat named Murphy wearing a ski suit will be there. Make your kitties best friends, and Murphy will give you a ski suit. Leave the park and the mountain will be opened! And/Or I have heard rumors about this also, If Murphy is a father to a kitten (You know, Your girl cat + him = Kitty) it will open also. I am not sure, Because I haven't tried it yet.
