anyway, you have to keep on driving, blah blah blah, and you know when your time runs out, and you get a rating, like 'you drive like a grandma', you have to try and get better than that.
Just unlock the characters, you do that by driving fast and getting loads of points, and then the neighbourhoods just unlock
