How do you uninstall the Sims 2 expansion packs. I've already tried using control panel and I've gone to the EA games folderSims 2 and tried to uninstall them there but they just won't go.?

Just delete the directory file located in C:/Program Files/EA Games/The Sims (name of EP). It should be gone.

After that, empty the recycle bin and now you can remove the registry key of the game.

1 - Click start and then use the 'Run' program.

2 - Type regedit and click ok.

3 - Click on the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

4 - Click on the + next to SOFTWARE

5 - Click on the + next to EA GAMES

6 - Right-click on EP-you-want-to-uninstall's folder and choose Delete.

7 - A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes.

8 - Click on the + next to Electronic Arts

9 - Click on the + next to EA GAMES

10 - Right-click on the EP's folder and choose Delete.

11 - A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes.

12 - Click on the + next to Microsoft.

13 - Click on the + next to Windows.

14 - Click on the + next to Current Version.

15 - Click on the + next to Uninstall.

16 - Right-click on the the Key of the EP and choose Delete.

17 - A Confirm Key Delete window will appear, choose Yes.
