Options -> Game Options Tab-> Toggle Aging
To turn aging off, go to the options menu and in one of the categories should be aging. Click on the option to disable aging. This should work. If it doesn't, that would be strange.

You can't reverse ageing, even with cheats, but you can turn aging off in the options screen, sorry man :(
I don't know what you mean by "cheat ageing," but if you go to options and gameplay, you can turn off ageing in the game. :)

You turn off aging by clicking on settings then there will be a few options u click on the one in between the sound and video player and it will say turn off aging :) hope this helped !

You haven't mentioned which console your using, but... for ps3 and xbox 360 i know that you go to menu, game menu and then un-tick "aging" for wii, i haven't found out how yet - i don't think it's possible. as for PC, I'm not sure hope this helped (:

You can not turn off the fertility treatment, once you have it, you have it.
That happens in sims 1 and in sims 3 for iPod touch Mabel other sims too
