If you go into the in game options the is a cheats option. In order to unlock cheats you need to find Intel items there are 30 in the game. But be warned if you activate any cheat and finish the level it will not count, i made that mistake 4 levels of veteran down the drain...

There aren't really any cheats on Call of Duty 4. None on xbox 360 or ps3 anyway. Also it depends what you mean by "cheats". Sure there are glitches, but you have to find them I checked and there are now cheats on Cod 4 on xbox 360, like slow mo, speed up, infinite ammo, enemies turn into tires when killed... etc., only in the campaign, and it matters on how much intel you collected in the campaign depending on how many cheats you unlock.
