You can't turn an alien sim back to normal in the sims 2 for the pc. They really aren't different from regular sims except for that they have green skin and maybe even black eyes.

It could be an alien, and they could also be normal. It's pretty much 50/50 i would say. i tried once on my game and got an alien, but then later on in the same game i got a human. So i guess you'll just have to take a guess and find out when it cones. :D
