Once you complete the game and get the national pokedex, you will gain access to the Shift Factory. Just like the Pal Park in HG/SS/D/P/P you can send six Pokemon at a time to the Pokeshifter and capture them on your copy of Pokemon black or white. If all 6 aren't captured in the alloted time, they are sent back to the original game. Any Pokemon can be traded over except Spikey Eared Pichu. Pokemon may not have any hold items or know any HM moves (which seems to indicate you may not have origin forme Giratina or Sky Forme Shaymin.) and Pokemon transferred over via the pokeshifter may not be returned to the gen IV games.
