This is how you can trade PoKeMoN LeafGreen to PoKeMoN Sapphire games.
PoKeMoN LeafGreen Requirements:
1. After defeating Blaine at Cinnabar Island at some point go to his little cruz and deliver the package to Island 2.
2. Defeat The 8 GYM Leaders of Kanto.
3. Defeat the PoKeMoN league.
4. See at least 060/150(excluding Mew) PoKeMon.
5. Talk To Prof Oak, he will upgrade your PoKeDex to National Mode
6. Go To Vermillion City [a.k.a where the 3rd GYM is]
7. Go To the Harbor
8. Talk to Bill, Bill is looking for a Gem stone.
9. SURF north and find 2 Team Rocket Grunts
10. Enter deeply into the Cave
11. Find the RUBY Stone.
12. [OPTIONAL] You an Escape Robe (if you have one)
P.S. You'll need STRENGTH and ROCK SMASH to get the RUBY Stone
13. Give The RUBY Stone to Bill
14. Bill will give you a rainbow pass allowing you to go to Islands 1-7 and an extra part for the Town Map
15. Head to Island 4
16. Help Lorelei defeating Team Rocket
17. Head To The Island 6
18. Bring CUT along with you
19. Find a small patch of water that has a steel door.
20. Use CUT on the steel door [a.i.a Dotted Hole].
21. Fall in the hole
22. Read The Braille (the things that blind ppl read) no offense though XD
1st. Head The Top ^
2nd. Left <
3rd. Right >
4th. Down v
23. Try to get the SAPPHIRE Stone
24. Some Scientist will steal it from you before you get it in your hands.
25. Follow the Scientist to Island 5
26. Retrieve the SAPPHIRE Stone
27. Talk to Bill and hand over the SAPPHIRE Stone

Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald
1. Get All 8 Badges Of Hoenn
2. Defeat the PoKeMoN league.
3. Prof Birch will be in front of your house along with Brandon/ May
4. Prof Birch will upgrade your PoKeDex to National Mode
5. - End Of Sapphire/ Ruby/ Emerald [ Hoenn ] -
6. Have a GBA Link Cable and start trading and obtain Kanto and Hoenn PoKeMoN region data.
