You need to make a kelptomaniac sim and around 7:00 pm go to the graveyard and click near the grave you want. Then go to your house click on the buy mode option and check your family inventory (It's the last button in buy mode) when you click that it'll show up in the family inventory. (btw you can only steal 3 things every day/night.)
