You must be on a faction server. Then do /f create (name) for more commands do /f help
Minecraft does not have a build in teamspeak system. If the server you are playing on is using a "faction" mod then the mod may use "/f c" to turn on faction chat. "/msg name message" can also be used to send private messages to a certain player. P.S. This is what it is for my faction mod.... Sorry if it does not work on your server.
/f create [faction tag]The server needs to have the factions plugin first.
type /f tag (faction name) then ur good 100% unless another faction has that name, it does not have the faction plugin or both btw my name is nerdprince0 look up ropecraft its a nice server.
Check with a server mod or server owner about the faction mod he/she uses
add them to your faction with /f join <faction name>

Impossible
To view the power of another faction on a minecraft server, you can do /f info <name of faction> hope this helped!
Factions are kinda like groups or colonies in Minecraft. I'm in a faction on one server called PIEmasters (even though I hate pie >:D).
I don't think you can. All you have to do is not die and play for a long time on the server that you want to get the faction power on.
