Correction: You need to get Ani's "Dexter Bear" mod from Modthesims.info
Read her FAQ on the mod, so you understand what it does and get the correct patch level for your game.
You need to install it by putting it into your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods folder. (Unzip it, yes.)
The bear will show up under "Hobbies". You buy the teddy bear click on it and it will say select a sim to stab.
