At the bottom right side of the screen you will see a question mark. Click on it. It will say Mute Music (there will also be other stuff like Manage Account, that's what you use to stop being a member, never mind it). Click on the box beside the Mute Music. There should be a tick in the box now. If not, click on it again. Then exit, and the music will be muted. Is that a good answer?
