Firstly, to enter cheats, you must make the cheat box appear. Just click 'ctrl', then 'shift', and then 'c'. The cheat window sshould appear at the top of your screen. This is where you will type in any cheats.
* agesimscheat (on/off)- if it is turned on, you can click any sim and change if they are a toddler, child, teen, adult or elder. Note: Changing the age of a sim will change their clothes too. * agingsims (on/off)- turns aging on/off
