Go to the options menu. Click on game options. Then look for an option that says something about Neighborhood Houses. Click on 'yes' if you want to see the Neighborhood Houses or click 'no' if you do not.
You cant,Its impossible that's what the sims 3 is all about because you can go anywhere in the neighbourhood without having to get a taxi or car
If you have sims 3 world adventures:I found something soo cool! You travel to France, buy the kenspa in the general store, travel home, buy a bike rack and place the kenspa on the bike rack. Then use the eyedropper tool in buy mode and click on the kenspa, u should see all of the fish spawners and should be able to get the flame fruit plant in the fruit section. If you don't have it then it should be in the garden of one of the houses in the neighbourhood, hope this helped!
Well on the Sims original you can so I can't see why not.
There is a mod that removes blurs, i do not have it but type sims 3 nude mod or try mod the sims 3.
No, I highly doubt you'll ever get to see them actually WooHoo. They WooHoo in different places (the hot tub, for example) but you still don't see anything.
To create a neighborhood, you must download the create-a-world tool for The Sims 3. See the download link below.

The roofs in Sims 2 for Gamecube are not visible on the houses because the software developers intentionally wanted the sky to be visible. A roof would obstruct the view.
You may do, post codes can cover a number of houses (in my neighbourhood 5) and then you find the actual house by its number (you see this when you use a TomTom via post code).
Depending on what your graphics are like, you should be able to see any houses next to or across from the one you are playing. There are no interactions available for them though, if you click on one it will exit the lot you are on and take you to the one you clicked on.
To see neighboring houses, go to the "Game Options" screen while in the Neighborhood screen (once you've chosen which neighborhood you want to play in). In the middle of the "Game Options" screen is an area called "Lot View Options". Here you can select view distance and fade (which can allow you to see more neighbor houses), neighbors on or off (which will let you actually see neighboring houses), and selectable neighbors (which lets you go to a playable neighboring lot without first going to the Neighborhood screen).

The can see the street, and the houses on the other side of the street, just like anywhere else in the world.
no body!!
You have to go to that family then go to the three dots on the bottom of your screen and then look to the left of that and you should see three houses, then next to that is a computer screen. click on that. then it says graphic details in the far right hand corner. set that to high.
i mean really, why not? all of the other sims games first came out for PC so it makes sence that they would make the sims 3 for the PC also. don't worry though eventually you'll see the sims 3 for other consols.
No unfortunately you can't see sims at school.
