To save a game on Pokemon Diamond or Pearl is the same as any other Pokemon game except you press the x or y buttons to up the menu instead of start and then choose Save and say yes to all questions and tada your game is saved.
if you have already saved the game and want to start a new 1 then simply read what it tells you when u click save. if you haffent saved u click the x button and go down to save.
