If you want to reset ALL the minecraft everything then delete .minecraft & the shortcut then you have to go to the site to get another copy but you will have NO DATA that minecraft ever existed except if you have keyloggers installed on your computer. in minecraft 1.8 or 1.7.10 press esc at the top left side of your key pad click options then click controls then read all the controls.
Just press options... go-to controls and fix there.
