Go into the Beaker's house. Ask the Beakers about what they want you to do, then complete those goals. Hint: Loki's patents are in the wardrobe; you have to talk to Circe and intimidate her in order to find out her secret. After you've completed their tasks, you have to have at least 5 Mechanical skill. (Mechanical can be raised by Tinkering or with bookcases.) Then, go to the door that doesn't open. Click on the green keypad next to it, and select Hack. The door should open; go inside and talk to the person inside.
If the Beakers stop you from opening the door, then you haven't completed all of the tasks. Press "select" and then press the right and left buttons until you can see Goals. Select the Beaker household, and do whatever it says there.
