you can't you have to enter all the oldest infomation you can possibly think of, like passwords, Emails, membership details(if it has been a member). But Jagex will only accept the appeal if they think you are the real owner of the accoutn.. like recently i just lost my level 105, and tried appealing but they declined it. i dont know why because i have had it for about 5years.. so i was really angry about it but there isnt much you can do but start another account. But lucky i had a backup account so i'm fine now. but good luck on gettig your account back dude
