This is simalar to putting your own music on your game.. Go to My Documents, EA games, The sims 2, Movies, (you will see two folders at the top, Broadcast and games) click either brodcast or games, broadcast is for tv shows, so, click on the folder that has the channel name you want it to be on EX. TvSBN (sims broadcasting network) and paste your video in there. you can actually put any video you like in any of the folders. Good luck! :)

Do you mean in The Sims games or reality? I'll give you 2 explanations: 1. Reality - The grim reaper isn't real. It's just a gimmick on TV shows and video games. 2. The Sims Games - One Sim will softly cry for the dying Sim. And nothing will happen except if there is only one Sim left. Mr. Death will explore the house, go to the toilet etc.
