tame it by right clicking on a empty space in the inventory it takes a few trys to get the horse
First you must tame it, and then you just have to right click. Right click again to mount and left shift to dismount.
No, you currently can not tame cows. But it is possible to farm them, put them in an area they can't escape from (not necessarily needed) and right click on two of them with wheat and they will breed. You can also right click on them with a bucket to fill it up with milk. The only animals you can tame on Minecraft is the wolf (Feed the bones to the wolf until it has a red collar and a burst of hearts come out). I think you can be able to tame a cow in a newer version of Minecraft. You can also tame ocelots as of 12w04a using raw fish
You can't. That is only on Minecraft Animations. But there is a Pig Companion mod where you can tame a pig and put a helmet on it.

Well, there are a few animals you can tame in the Mo Creatures Mod: Cat: Feed it a cooked fish and put a medallion on it. Horse: Feed it an apple and put a saddle on it. Zebra: Make a cookie using coacoa beans and feed it to it. Husky: Feed it a bone. Bunny: You can't really tame bunnies, you just click on it to put it on your head, bring it to your house, and set it down. Hope this helped you. :) -MinecraftGirl
Sorry, you can't, unless you make use of a mod.
press on the horse with a right click then you can put on armor and saddle on a horse
you need lots of wheat and a horse. put the horse in a shack or a hut or things like that. each day, feed the horse wheat. when he is a adult, make a saddle and right click on the horse's back. right click on the saddle to get on. w a s d to move the horse. (you can actually control horses. it is not like pigs)
First of all, you cannot feed a dog bones. You can feed a wolf bones to tame it. You put it in your hands, look at it then left click. You feed a dog raw or cooked meat to heal it. Same way. You put it in your hands, look at it then left click.
