If you say that the people who actually made Arceus said it wrong, That's like saying that the person who named a baby doesn't say their name right. Arceus is equivilant to the baby, while the person who named Arceus is equivialant to the Pokemon company.
This is correct, but since Pokemon is made in China and Japan, they don't say all English words correctly, like in The Rise of Darkrai, they say data as 'da-ta' while we say it 'day-ta'.
