If you mean talking in-game (multiplayer-only), press the "C" key on your keyboard, input a message then hit enter to send.
If you mean posting on the WolfQuest forum, you'll first need to login, then choose where you want to post (ie, a topic or a new subject in the relevant forum section). For posting a new topic, you should see a 'new topic' button at the top-left corner beside the search this forum box. For posting replies, click a topic of interest and click the 'post reply' button on the top-left corner.
Some users can't post new topics; this can be for a few reasons. Commonly, it's because they're a "Registered COPPA User", meaning below the age of 13, or because they've been added to the post-approval group by an administrator, usually due to them being a spammer or otherwise a problem user. COPPA is not automatically removed. If you were below 13 when you registered but are over 13 now, you'll have to get in contact with Kivia (an administrator) to be set into the right usergroup (Registered Users), which should allow you posting rights across the forum.
Go to the game you want to post a comment on, and then scroll down. If the game creator has enabled comments on his or her game, you will see a tab called 'Commentary' at the bottom of the page. Click on it. You should see a blue box with your character's picture next to it. Write your comment and then click ' Comment'. Your comment should be posted unless your last comment was posted quite recently (about 1 minute).
It depends on how you are defining it as "not working".Is the game incompatible? WolfQuest does not download any viruses or any unwanted software if you download it only from the WolfQuest website: http://www.wolfquest.org/game_info.php If you download the game from anywhere apart from WolfQuest then it may contain viruses and unwanted software. Also them downloads are illegal.
Try the online game Knight of the Dragon.
