try going on gpgnet that came with it. if that doesn't work you can always use LAN while you are on the game. But i have never gotten it to work either. try reporting it to THQ's technical support site . When you open the game, look for a multiplayer section or a LAN section if you have other machines at your house you want to play on. I do not know much about this game, but as long as you have the internet and the game is legitimate, and of course the game supports multiplayer.. you should be golden.
