You go to the Web site - www.runescape.com - create an account, and start doing the tutorial. Once you finish the tutorial, you can do some combat, earn money, or train skills. Ask again for more specific questions, once you have finished the tutorial. Specifically, for earning money, I suggest that (for a start) you get a pickaxe, and start mining clay. Then you sell it at a place called Grand Exchange. Use the World Map to find it.
