How do you past the man in mahogany town?

In order to get past the RageCandyBar man in Mahogany Town, you must go to the Lake of Rage and either defeat or catch the Red Gyarados and then after that talk to the guy with the Dragonite who is next to the Lake of Rage, he is Lance, the Pokémon League Champion and then you must follow him to the Shop in Mahogany Town and follow him down into the underground base. Defeat Team Rocket there and either defeat or catch the 3 Electrode that you'll have to deal with and then Lance will give you the Whirlpool HM and then you'll be able to do battle with Pryce, the Mahogany Town Gym Leader. After you beat him, you'll receive a phone call saying there are issues with the radio so go to Goldenrod City and check out the Radio Tower there and you'll see that Team Rocket has taken it over. Go approach the Team Rocket Grunt that's blocking the staircase and the grunt will tell you that only Team Rocket personnel are allowed through so go down into the Underground Tunnel through either entrance but it'll be quicker for you to go into the Tunnel entrance that's next to the Nickname Rater's Tent. Go down the stairs and approach the Team Rocket Grunt. You'll be dressed with a Team Rocket uniform so return to the Radio Tower and you'll eventually do battle with the Grunt that was blocking the stairs. Continue through the Tower going up all of the stairs as you fight any Grunts that challenge you and you'll come across what appears to be the Director of the Radio Tower however in reality it's 1 of the Team Rocket Admins disguising himself as the Director. Defeat him and he'll give you the Basement Key. Go down into the Underground Tunnel and then go down all the way until you see a narrow passageway to the right. Go down that path and you'll come across a Kimono Girl. After the Kimono Girl leaves, continue down the path and you'll come across a door. Open it and go in. Go down the stairs and then continue left and you'll run into your Rival. After you defeat him, go down to where the buttons are and press the buttons in this order: red, green and blue. Go down to the bottom right-hand bottom and you'll come across a door. Go in it and follow the path around until you have 2 choices, to go left or go up the stairs. Go left and follow that path until you come to a guy that's wearing brown, this is the real Director. He'll give you the Card Key. Now go up the stairs and take the elevator that you'll find there, you'll find that you're in the basement of the Goldenrod Department Store so just take the elevator up to the 1st floor and then exit out the elevator and the building. Now you'll return to the Radio Tower. Go up to the 3rd floor and once you're on the 3rd floor, go all the way right until you come across a door. Open it and go through the door. Follow the path by going up the stairs and then going up the next staircase and then you'll come across an elevator. Go into the elevator and it'll take you to the Observation Deck. Go to the back-end of the Observation Deck and you'll see a Team Rocket Admin there. Defeat him and he'll say that he'll give up and that he'll disband Team Rocket. The Director will appear and he'll give you the Rainbow Wing in HeartGold or the Silver Wing in SoulSilver and then leave. After that, the RageCandyBar guy will let you go by him.
