you need to use special hm moves and/or items to open the doors. the unown symbols corresponds to the letters of the alphabet, so it should be easy to figure it out.
every time you have to open the door, stand in front of the door and follow these instructions.
here is the list:
*first door: escape robe (item/use)
*second door: flash (hm move/use)
*third door: water stone (item/use)
*fourth door: ho-oh (in party/interact with the door)
