Check in the controls in the options to make sure right click does what is supposed to do, if it is but still is not working, then your mouse may have a dodgy right mouse key.

To make an enchantment table in Minecraft you need a crafting table, 4 obsidian, 2 diamonds, and 1 book. Right click on the crafting table and place the items on the crafting grid as follows: B = book O = obsidian D = diamonds # = empty space #B# DOD OOO

I am guessing that you mean minecraft and crafting table. If you do then you have to right click on it
If it is next to a wall, you click the wall right above it
