Do the mission regularly until you reach the cutscene at the docks. Whether you skip the scene or not, start pressing buttons frantically until you ''exit'' the vehicle. You will still be in the lock-on mode so switch to a melee weapon to return to third-person view. Hide behind cover until it fails the mission for abandoning the limo. Steal the Slamvan and bring it to the parking space of your choice :)

only the once, its a mission you do for Tony and you go into the club and end up shooting the place up, but i think rockstar is rellasing an update which will allow you to go in.. maybe there is a mod i dont know :/
How do you aresst people from the cop computer in gta4 tbogt?
It doesn't work in TBOGT, only in GTA IV. In TBOGT you just get an error message if you try and view current crimes or most wanted. You can still search police records on the cop computer though, and also call for police back up.
