on emerald catch rayquaza, then put that in ur box make sure it knows no hm's then go on pearl and you have to beat the elite 4, find pal park, south of sandgem town, u will have to surf and the once you get to pal park save and turn off the ds
then when you go on the main menu before u start the game, where continue is and stuff, it should say migrate from emerald at the bottom click it and click the yes button twice like you do, then pick rayquaza and 5 others if you want it should migrate them and put you back to the main menu, go to pal park again on diamond and talk to the man with the yellow hat, he will say if you wanna do a catching show click yes, and you should be put in a small area, run around and all your Pokemon you chose should popup like wild Pokemon, catch them with the park balls. after that the man will ask to transfer them to your boxes, click yes and there you have it rayquaza on diamond and pearl!!!!!!!!!!!
