go to hearthome city and go to the poffin making house. you need a poffin case to do this but you need to talk to the dude that is by the big pot and say that you would like a poffin. you will have to choose one of your berries and drop it in the pot. you will have to stirr the poffin the whole time that you are cooking it which only takes about 1 minute to do. the way you turn it is key also. always turn the way it tells you to or else it will all go wrong. the trick is to start out slow and then at the last minute, stir fast to wish it a good luck. it is bad if you overflow it if you turn too fast at the begining but if you turn it too slowly, it will burn! it makes it less apetizing to the Pokemon i hope this helped! :)
