There is really no way to create pure pink on Flipnote Studio, but you can create an optical illusion that results in a pinkish looking color by mixing the blue and red paints.
The first step is to make layer 1 blue. Once you do this, choose the first of the 8 paint choices and color the screen. Next, make layer 2 red. Choose the seventh out of 8 paints and color the screen. It should now have a pinkish tint to it.
