if you are talking about cheating then do thus:

1) Open the Pause Menu

2) Hold L1+L2+R1+R2 - this will unlock the Cheat Mode

3) Go to Build & Buy Mode

4) Enter the Decor area

5) Go to Misc Decor

6) Place Spoot the Magic Llama on your home lot

7) Hold L2 and then click on the postbox

8) Click on Force Freinds

This will help you get instant friends, although by doing this you will stop yourself from getting any challenges or building upgrades. It is actually best to make friends the proper way; by inviting them over and chatting.
