You make what you wan't to make, select all the bricks in it, go to tools, workspace, RIGHT CLICK, one of the selected bricks, and select, "Publish To Roblox".
I would just get it from the bricks and then recolor it and change the transparency of it.

To make destructible terrain, first build your terrain, using as small of bricks as possible without creating lag. Next make sure that all of the bricks are not anchored. You will now be able to destroy the terrain you built.

You don't have to be in BC to make models on Roblox. You simply select the bricks you want to make a model, and click the "Publish selection to Roblox" button. Then the window will direct you from there.
First build whatever you want out of bricks in the Roblox Studio. Secondly, select all of the bricks you want to make into a model. Lastly, click the "group" button on the taskbar on the top of the window to make all the selected objects into a model.
Because roblox is 3D and if you make a lot of bricks it will lag even Runescape will lag because it a 3D game

You can build a cart on Roblox by first positioning 5 bricks to form an empty box. Then, insert 4 cylinder objects and change a surface on each to "motor". Finally, attach the cylinder object to the bottom of the box, and you have created a simple cart.
