You can find pineco on Route 203, 204, 210, and 229. You can also find it in Eterna Forest, however; to find pineco, you must have Pokemon emerald inserted in the gameboy advanced slot of your ds. You need to have the National Dex (which is obtained after seeing all the Pokemon in Sinnoh Region,) and you must have defeated the Elite Four before this will work. Good luck!
