First of all you need to find a source. Go to the moparscape.org forums then go to server downloads to find one. Now you need hamachi. So Google it and download it, then make a new network and name it your server with the password 123 or something. Then go to your server and click Run.bat or something like that and then go to a client and type 0.0.0.0 for the IP. Bearing in mind this IP only works for you (as the host) players will have to join your hamachi network and use YOUR hamachi IP to log in.
