To make a team on Roblox... If it's in Build mode, simple, scripts. In a game... Develop a relationship with people and team up. The more people, the more they'd want to join due to power.

You open up Roblox Studio. Then , if you haven't got 'Explorer' up , go to 'View' and Click 'Explorer'. Then Click 'Teams' once and click 'Insert' at the top of the screen. Then Click 'Object' and Select 'Team' and press OK. You can edit that team with the 'Properties' which you can also find in View.
