well first you have to have a pic you wanna upload, but that is appropriate, on Roblox. you go to profile done to your stuff and click "Decals" then there should be a button that says "create" click it and then it should take you to the browsing page. click the "Browse" button and look for your pic. then click "Open" and then click "Create Decal" then you will be taken back to your profile page, and you pic should be pending.
