I found it! I found It! I found it!
1. Turn on boolProp
2. Spawn NPC and Townie Maker
3. Shift-select the Repo-Gun cheat-object
4. Click on Idle-Debug (I am only assuming past this point)
5. Select the gun again, this time without shift
6. Click +keep+
The sim will now walk off the lot and be an NPC unless you find a way to make them into a family member again. At one point in the steps, you may need to make the sim unselectable. You can also do all kinds of crazy things to them like making them Vacation NPCs and then go home.
IT DOESN'T WORK! *Sob*
If anyone has found a modification, please tell me.
The Sims 2 bodyshop is a place where you can make custom sims and clothes for them.
No.
I think you mean "NPC"? In which case, NPC stands for "non-playable character"
You can't "get" mod the sims 2, it is a web sit with a lot of custom content and hacks for The Sims 2
No. There are no new hairstyles or clothes in the Sims 2 Pets. And, you can't get new clothes or hairstyles. Go on www.modthesims.info Make an account and download custom content!

If you know how to make custom content then you can. Mod the Sims has a "how to" tutorial on custom content.
No.
custom sims can be done by using Body shopgo to Start/All programs/your latest Sims 2 game/ Body shopit might take a little while to open but when it does you can create sims.

You can download custom hair from the Official Sims 2 Website and Mod the Sims.
Happy Simming! <3 FSC
I highly doubt this is possible. You can make a 'look-a-like' of something but you cant bring something from the sims 2 into the sims 3.
You cant see the wants and needs of an NPC. This is because an NPC stands for Non-Playable Character. The one way you could see the wants and needs of an NPC is by doing the cheat BoolProp testingcheatsenabled true (in Sims 2) or in Sims 3 it would be testingcheatsenabled true ( this cheat DOES NOT work for Sims 1) and after you did that, press shift and at the same time click on the NPC of choice and in the pie menu click "Add to active family, then the NPC (now would be PC i suppose) will live in your house and you can see the needs and wants of it
Don't think so but you do get new NPC's.

There is no werewolf cheat but all you have to do is enter the boolProp testingcheatsenabled true cheat and then shift chick on the mailbox and click make NPC then leader of the pack. if you do not have the Sims 2 pets it wont work.
