If you would like to make a building game similar to Roblox's "Welcome to ROBLOX Building" you will have to build a preselected area for people to build and script the areas so that once you claim an area it temporarily becomes yours. OR (And I'd recommend this) You could create a new place from your pages menu, or take an old one, and once configuring it, set it from a regular place to a "Personal Server". Now you can set the permissions based off who can do what in it and who has access. Then join the place for the first time to configure it to the type of landscape you want.
