I highly advise NOT TO RUN any more private servers, as Blizzard can now be informed of any file changes; so you really don't want to be doing it, at the risk of being prosecuted.
thanx for the answer but can they tell if you dont go on retail???
Contrary to popular belief, Blizzard supports private servers. Private servers obtain their database updates from Blizzard and encourage gamers to buy the retail versions of the game as well as directing their clients to download game patches directly from Blizzard's servers.
No, you do not have to pay to go on World of Warcraft private servers. But if you want to Donate money to your private server developers you can and in most private servers donating gives you the best gear you can get. I recomend going on WoWlegacy private server or WoWBeez private server, they are both very good private servers for PvE and PvP.
For Warcraft III a World editor comes with the expansion pack, The Frozen Throne. no Official editor has been released for World of warcraft. This is probably because of Wow's use of .adt's and that everyone must use the same .adt's for it to work, for a private server this can be done with a adt editor, but you'd have to give all of the players on that private server your world folder ( 34.6 MB ) Yikes! -Konnor J. Technically, private servers are illegal for World of Warcraft. Nevertheless, many people still play on private servers.
All private servers are "legal" in that they are not breaking any laws. However, Blizzard considers private servers a violation of the Terms of Service of World of Warcraft in general, and therefore, any private servers are actually in violation of Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Acceptable Use for their software. In other words, private servers are like pirated software, and you should always be careful to be sure your username and password on a Private server NEVER matches any other username/password combination you have elsewhere online.
No, you can not play World of Warcraft without a subscription unless you play on illegal private servers that are not supported by blizzard. These servers can be much more buggy and you will be kicked off the server many times because the server itself crashes many times and generally by an all around mess. EDIT: you can now play World of Warcraft for free until level 20.
A private server on World Of Warcraft is just that, a private server on World Of Warcraft.
You can create your own private server and create your own items for it using mangos.
No, you're better off compiling your own. Arc Emu and Mangos are the best projects available.
You have to go make a private server which you run = How can make online server for world of warcraft? =
It depends how one defines top but the World of Warcraft private server ranked the highest is Molten. It is a free private server and praised for it's lag free experience.
WoWMortal is a World of Warcraft Private Server
Well, if you mean private, then generally you can find a list on Google, and receive the information to that "privet" server on that website, and then configure it so you may play it on World of Warcraft.
A private server on WoW is a server made by someone else than Blizzard. But playing or creating a private server is very illegal, so i wouldn't recommend playing private server.
that is illegal srry but it is
WoWFusion was in item in the private server of WoW(World of Warcraft) that you had to get through voting for the server.
Only if you pay for it.
There are no free world of warcraft accounts on official servers. If you are using a private server ask the freakin server owner, not here. how are we supposed to even know what server you are using?
