It is impossible to get a level 200 undead charizard on Pokemon pearl without the use of serious hacking which could destroy your game. well actually it is possible without hacks ^^. first take a charmander to the spirit tower. ok then lvl it up there til it is a charizard then when it evolve's it become's undead. then to get lvl 200 get 5 rare candies or more and keep trying to feed it them until it accepts it at lvl 100. note: it won't be able to level with plain xp it only take's rare candies.
