Midtown Madness will not work work on windows 7, but it will work on Vista! Windows 7 to new ( created 2009) and midtown madnesss was created to long ago (2001) so in that fact it is imposible for this unless windows can make some bugs in it and make it able to work with vista! hope that helped!
